One seat at the Dome Cake Decorating session, Saturday 8 August, 12pm to 3pm, at The Daily Grind Cafe, Maitama. Includes your cake, all tools and materials, guidance from a professional baker, a mocktail, and a box to take your cake home in.
You leave with the cake. The whole thing, boxed, the same afternoon.
Not a slice, not a photo of one. A finished dome cake that you decorated yourself, in your hands, on the drive home.
A dome cake looks like a professional made it. That's the shape doing the work. The curve is why it looks difficult, and also why it isn't. Once someone shows you how the ganache goes on, the shape does most of the rest. You spend the afternoon on the parts that are actually fun.
